PatriciaBURDELLIt is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Pat, beloved wife of the late Brian, and a cherished mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She left us peacefully at home on 3rd June 2025 at the aged 81 years.
As a devoted mother, she nurtured and supported her children, Simon, Nick, Helen, and Lisa, instilling values of love and kindness that have shaped their lives. She welcomed her daughters-in-law, Janet and Elaine, and her son-in-law, Norman, into her heart, treating them as her own.
Her legacy continues through her treasured grandchildren: Adam, Amy, Jodie, Hannah, George, Harry, Áine, James, Tyneal, Charlie, Connor, Georgia, and Joshua and great grandchild Ava, each of whom held a special place in her heart.
She was also a beloved sister to Mavis and a proud aunt, sharing in their joys and milestones throughout the years.
Pat will be remembered not only for her unwavering love for her family but also for her warm spirit, generosity, and infectious laughter. She touched the lives of all who knew her and will be deeply missed.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday 19th June at 10am at Markeaton Crematorium. All are welcome to join in celebrating her remarkable life.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Treetops Hospice, a cause that was dear to her heart.
